Is " STAR TREK: Body by Starfleet " worth buying? The uniforms of Star Trek: The Next Generation are unforgiving. Made out of spandex the crew had to maintain a strict exercise regimen to stay in shape. The only time we really know what kind of exercises they do was in the 1989 episode "The Price" which showed Counselor Troi (Marina Sirtis) and Dr. Crusher (Gates McFadden) doing stretches. Not much to go on. So what's a new Starfleet cadet to do? I got a copy of the new fitness book by Robb Pearlman and it's a fun way to get in shape. Watch the book trailer below. Black Leather Jackets sent us a shirt for review. While the styling is nice, the fabric is not what I expected. Black Leather Jacket sent us a shirt styled after the "Quantum Realm" suits seen in Avengers: Endgame . It was used to allow the team to go back in time. It also helped to set the movie apart from the previous films.  "We call them the team suits. And we early on decided [revealing them] was a big differentiating factor between [Endgame] and the other films," Marvel Studio head Kevin Feige told io9 . "The Avengers have never had matching outfits before, [so] we thought it was a very intriguing image to see something that made this film feel new.
