Marvel pulled a ton of surprises from Spider-Man: Far From Home . The biggest is that Mysterio is a villain (although he's always been a villain ). But another lingering question is how could there be a sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming if he died in Avengers: Infinity War ? Marvel tried hard to avoid spoilers for Avengers: Endgame and his fate. First a brief history of the Iron Spider armored suit. Where Did the Iron Spider Suit Come From? The suit first shows up in the Marvel "Civil War" storyline Amazing Spider-Man #529 (2006) by J. Michael Straczynski and Ron Garney.  Peter Parker initially sides with Tony Stark for the Superhero Registration Act and he gives him a suit of armor that gives him additional powers and capabilities. The first live-action appearance of the Iron Spider suit is at the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2017. Stark first takes away the suit he made for Peter. Rumors suggest an actor from the Sam Raimi films may be coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). This could be a major spoiler so I'll put the full details after the warning banner but a major character from the comic books and the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man trilogy may be coming to the MCU. We don't post a lot of rumors, but this one is very exciting. A lot of source material from the comics has been brought to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Characters like Aunt May and putting Peter Parker in high school are straight from the early comics. But one character has been suspiciously absent: J. Jonah Jameson.
