Star Trek: Picard (2020) - Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) S tar Trek: Picard   is coming and CBS has released the premiere date of the first episode.  Star Trek: Picard is scheduled to premiere on Thursday, January 23, 2020. It's scheduled to run for ten episodes on the subscriber streaming platform CBS All Access. The studio released a new teaser that's full of action including a shot of Seven of Nine (Jeri Ryan) blasting away with twin phaser rifles. The teaser is set to a haunting rendition of Irving Berlin's "Blue Skies". There's a special meaning for the song since Data (Brent Spiner) sang the song at Riker and Deanna's wedding shown in Star Trek Nemesis . In its first season, like Star Trek: Discovery , a new episode will air every week although the full schedule hasn't been announced.
