Gambar
Daredevil #117 (2009) cover by Marko Djurdjevic We recently updated our infographic on the Marvel live-action rights and one big question was left unanswered: Who owns the rights to produce a live-action movie or television series using Kingpin? If the Netflix rights reverted to Marvel as a whole, shouldn't Kingpin be in the shared Sony/Marvel space? — Jeffrey S. Mueller (@TheMightyJerd) February 19, 2021 Wilson Grant Fisk of the most powerful criminals in New York City. The character was created by Stan Lee and John Romita Sr., and first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #50 (1967). The "Kingpin" name comes from the organized crime nickname for a crime lord or boss. Fisk rules the underworld with a combination of cruelty and charm frequently wearing a tailored suit, ascot, and cane. His signature appearance is of a massive man with a bald head. While it appears that he's fat he's actually solid muscle. Why is kingpin so big? On the  official Marvel page for K...

Well, it's finally happened. The Netflix characters are finally back in the MCU. The streaming service canceled all the Marvel shows back in 2018 and 2019. But, reportedly, a clause in the contract said Marvel couldn't use the characters for two years after the Netflix shows were canceled. It's been exactly two years today that the last Marvel Netflix show Punisher which was canceled on February 18, 2019. So now Marvel can start developing plans for the characters. Now that Phase 4 is officially underway. Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige told The Hollywood Reporter that "Everything is on the board." He added "That's one of the fun things about the comics is that characters would appear and disappear and come and go. All of it is the inspiration for the future. There are some great characters and actors from those shows." So it's not only possible that Daredevil and Luke Cage will show up soon, but that the actors will reprise their roles. Back in...

You Need to See This Epic AVENGERS: ENDGAME Action Figure Recreation

Gambar
Action figures are big business and have a long history. Way back in 1964 Hasbro was the first company to refer to the masculine toys as "action figures" instead of "boy dolls". Today the toys are a staple of kid's toys for boys and girls. Last year Avengers: Endgame was released and broke box office records. The most popular scene was the one where Captain America ( Chris Evans ), Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), and Thor ( Chris Hemsworth ) fight Thanos (James Brolin). The big moment comes when Thor's hammer smacks Thanos in the face and he turns to see an unexpected hero return to the fight. A lot of people are spending their time in isolation reading books and watching movies. But one fan has gone further. Roven Matthew Servando lives in the Philipines and used his Marvel Avengers: Endgame  movie figures to recreate the epic scene where Thanos fights Iron Man and Thor. He shared it on his personal Facebook account. It's set to the sound from the movie...

Gambar
The director of The Batman Matt Reeves revealed some new photos of Batman's suit and car. From his personal Twitter account, he shared the first official photos of the suit and vehicle. The Batmobile first appeared in 1939 but Matt Revves is giving the new ride an upgrade. Reeve's said he wants a more grounded and gritty take on the caped crusader and it looks like he's achieved it. The Batsuit and Batmobile both look very DIY and handmade. The director shared three dark and shadowy photos but you can make out several key details. 🦇🏎 #TheBatman pic.twitter.com/qJFNprk1ut — Matt Reeves (@mattreevesLA) March 4, 2020 1. Muscle Car First, unlike the stylized car of the previous films, it looks like a suped-up muscle car. The engine is massive and mounted in the rear, unlike most front-mounted engines we see today. One advantage is a rear-mounted engine I lightened up the pictures to show more detail. One of the most iconic superhero vehicles in comic book history is the Bat...
